Bio

Mark is a Principal and Sector Director of Aviation for PSC. His expertise involves project management, design and construction administration on airport projects, including General Aviation and Part 139 certificated airports. Mark has managed projects ranging from minor pavement rehabilitation to large-scale projects in excess of $40M and involving multiple team members.

Airports are an integral part of the local community. The Parkhill Aviation Team focuses on building community through airport projects which will benefit the areas around these airports for many years. Parkhill’s experience in aviation includes a full range of services to support private, general aviation, military and commercial air carrier airports. Our philosophy is to partner our comprehensive, multidisciplinary practice and dedicated Aviation Team members with airport staff for the purpose of helping identify and address current and future maintenance and development needs. For more than 60 years, Parkhill’s primary focus – has been and continues to be – developing long-term, trusted advisor relationships with our clients.

By providing full-service engineering and architectural design, as well as construction administration and on-site resident project representative services, we have developed a trusted partnership with numerous airport clients. Parkhill enjoys excellent working relationships with local, state and federal agencies and is intimately familiar with the FAA’s design requirements and criteria.
