Larry Valdez, PE, is a Senior Associate and Team Leader for PSC’s Aviation Sector. His aviation engineering experience touches almost every facet of airport design, including project planning and programming, evaluation of existing facilities, rigid and flexible pavement design, drainage, security and fencing, terminal buildings and hangars, NAVAIDs and lighting, and construction.
