Bio

Joe Hammond began his professional aviation career with the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority (Centennial Airport) where he spent time in both the Operations and Planning and Development divisions.

Hammond is an Accredited Airport Executive, a member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and a private pilot.

In 2012, Hammond joined the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department as an Airport Operations Officer at City of Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, before being promoted to Airport Supervisor at Meacham International Airport in 2016. Hammond was promoted to Assistant Director of Aviation in 2019.
